APMP NCA Dinner Series 2012 - May 16, Event

Collaborative Tools of the Proposal Professional: How to make your job easier and more productive.

Proposal professionals need to do more with less.  What better approach than leveraging the latest collaborative tools?  Whether you are a tech savvy Web 2.0 guru or a harried proposal manager looking for the most effective team communication methods, our panelists will share useful, hands-on experiences, lessons learned and recommendations for success.

This session will address:

  • Various collaborative tools that are available, including the top tools current in use by many successful companies in the industry.
  • General discussion of relative costs, to both the company (initial and relating to the proposals produced.)
  • Benefits from using the tools; remember each tool has their own strengths, you must choose one that fits best with your team and environment.
  • limitations of using tools; with strength comes weaknesses, learn how these leaders were able to avoid or solve these limitations.
  • productivity improvements.
  • cost savings.

This session can help you decide which of these tools fits your business or simply help you use the tools you have in a better, quicker and more productive way.

Who should attend? Large business or small, the entire spectrum of personnel from SVP of Business Development to final production including Capture and Proposal Managers, writers, coordinators and publishers will benefit from attending.
